Event Branding Design

The LA Olympics Brand Design embraces the dynamic and ever-evolving spirit of Los Angeles, with a visual identity that captures the city's diversity, energy, and connection to nature.

A key design concept for this project is a wave-inspired logo, symbolizing movement, unity, and the Olympic spirit. The wave represents dynamic movement and the collective energy of athletes and fans worldwide. Visually telling the story on how the Games create ripples of inspiration worldwide, uniting people through sport and culture.

The Process

The development of the LA logo was rooted in a series of visual experiments aimed at capturing the essence of Los Angeles through abstract and symbolic forms. Early explorations focused on the city’s cultural diversity, iconic landmarks, and street art aesthetic. As the design evolved, inspiration turned toward the natural landscape, particularly the city’s famed beaches and coastal lifestyle.
